A Couple of Announcements

Things are changing and I wanted to let you know. 

Announcement One:

When I began writing here, I created a paid option for people who wanted to support my work purely out of generosity. I offered no rewards other than my gratitude. 

It’s time to give something back. 

Beginning July 1, paid subscribers will receive a short note from me each weekday during the month. If this experiment goes well, I’ll continue. Occasional long-form posts will still be free to everyone.

If you aren’t a paid subscriber, all this means is that you will be seeing my name in your inbox more frequently for a while. You’ll be able to read the opening paragraphs of each note. I hope some of you will consider becoming paid subscribers and joining in the discussion.  Otherwise, please stay tuned for the next free post.

Announcement Two:

The Dean Abbott Podcast continues apace. Many good discussions have been published with many more to come. I will soon be copying all episodes over to Substack. I will also begin releasing episodes early for paid subscribers.
