One discouraging truth about life that is that it can only be changed incrementally. Huge positive changes can be wrought in any individual’s life for sure, but the sometimes dismaying reality is that those huge positive changes are the result of tiny changes over time. 

This is the stumbling block over which most of us trip. Fortunately, we can learn to avoid it if we try.
